Dear colleagues,
The Organizing Committee has decided to establish a new series of selected peer-reviewed full papers of the Congress.
Consequently, we are going to publish Proceedings of the XXX Congress (2019), with a number of selected full papers.
Those who wish to publish their full papers, not exceeded 7000 words, of 2019 and 2017 Congresses should send the title of the proposed paper to the Organizing Committee by 5 August 2019;
the full text of the paper should be sent by 20 September 2019.

NB. References should be given in the footnotes (NOT in-text citations according to the ‘Author-Date System’!), quoting full bibliographical reference at the first time of mentioning. List of References (Bibliography) should also be provided at the end of the paper.
